Whistler/Wedgemount Snow Wheelin
Myself and Sebastein....aka..Sebpilot...decided to go out for an afternoon of snow wheelin up here in Whistler. We attempted to go up the Tourist guided Jeep/Hummer trails, but tonnes of snowmobiles made the trail half packed. I started up, but began to make some serious ruts, and I don't think the sled guides would be too happy having us mess up their traill....so we drove down the road a couple kms and went up the Wedgemount trail, where no-one had been. Whistler has received over 450cms of snow on the mountain this November, which broke the record thus far. The temperature around here was about 0 Celcuis, thats about 37F for you US folk, and more snow everyday, so some of the trails are getting unpassable now.
Anyway, so we aired down our Pro Comp Mud extremes to 8psi, and started plowing snow with the front bumpers all the way. Sebpilot went first, and had to make multiple attempts to cut the first tracks through this deep snow. Seb has a TF3 inch lift and 35's. I have the TF4inch LA with the same 35's. It was fun, even at the bottom of the trail, the snow was knee deep. Once we got to the parking lot, it was thigh deep, and over the 35's. Wheel speed and momentum were key, so most of the time we were in 4th gear, but even at that you would come to a stop. We both got stuck a couple times, but were able to rock out or need a quick tug to free our rigs. damn that is a lot of snow! I wouldnt mind playing in that.

man... i need to move up north.. that is beautiful.. the snow and jeeps are nice too.J/K that looks like a lot of fun
