Other than that the big thing is going to be back space. again, I've not looked at those wheels, but based on the picture I'd think the backspace is quite large. You want a 4.5" BS to run 35s, and a 3.5" BS to run 37s. Factory JK wheels are 6.25" for comparison (the larger/wider the tire, the more you need to push the wheel out away from the hub for clearance).

Plenty of choices in the 3.5-4.5" range, there are more low backspace options for beadlocks than regular rims.
