Default Name this wheel!

Saw this wheel in a video and I'm in love.
Can't find it though! Anyone know what it is?

I'd like to introduce everybody to Phil. Phil is a wheel that Racer is trying to find the manufacturer of but instead asked us to name. In typical smart as fashion, I have provided an answer.

Not familiar with that wheel. Searched up the video on YouTube to get a better look at it, but dang there's not really anything additional to help identify it. What I did notice was the first comment from "R Tonka" which makes it sound like he was part of the wheelin' group that day. Since it was a jeep club, I'd think there is a good chance that person may know who owns that yellow TJ. It's a shot in the dark, but you might try replying to their comment and see if you can get a response with any information at all. That's what I'd do at least.

I appreciate this. It's clever, and it makes me slightly irritated. I think we'd get along
