New tires and rims

I put that same tire on stock wheels on a stock jeep, you'll be just fine. I'm looking forward to getting them into some snow.

Awesome. Mine are getting stored for winter. Are yours 285 70 17 ? |
Yessir, they fit just fine. I added wheel spacers recently so I wouldn't have to adjust the steering stops with the factory wheels but you'll be fine with the aftermarket wheels. 2dr with 14/56 springs if I'm recalling correctly. It was a little off camber here so it looks like less room in the wheel well and we were slowly poking along through the woods so that's why the mud is still on them.

I just put one one. Fits perfect. What a difference. Looks like an off-roader even though it’s a pavement princess. How are they on the highway? I have to drive 2hrs to my gf every other week. And I hope the are legal. They go past my flares a little. https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.jk-...72de928fd.jpeg https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.jk-...d046f923c.jpeg https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.jk-...c46abe41a.jpeg |
Looks good.
What are the specs on that wheel? |
2 Answers.. I run Falkens AT3W on both my JKUs.. good on wet and very low noise & also wear good, get your air pressure right for even wear. PA state Inspection I believe allows up to 1 inch outside the fender. Both of mine are out and we pass inspections every year. (Don't bring up the question/subject when getting the inspection).
