What's a good size to put on wife's JK with ProComp 17x9 wheels with little offset (not sure of exact offset)

You need to determine the backspace on the wheel. I'd guess it's 4.5" or 4.75" on a 17x9 pro comp just cuz that is the most popular to fit up to 35s with, but you need to try and verify the BS.
