Default wheel size

I'm currently putting a teraflex 4 in short arm on with all adjustable control arms on my 2015 rubicon 4 door. I plan on putting it on 35s on it and I know I need at least 4.5 back spacing but I don't know what size wheels to get, I want to stick with 17s

The size wheel will depend upon your tire. All tire manufacturers put out their recommended wheel width for each tire they produce. You can fudge it either way (wider or narrower) but be aware that there may be repercussions and/ or benefits for doing so- both on and off the road.

Default Tires

Do you have any suggestion on tires? It's my daily driver and spends most time on the road so I want all terrains and 35s

Everyone has a favorite tire. I'm on the bfg all terrains now and they've been good. I'm also a daily driver of 35k miles per year with maybe two trips off-road each year. Evaluate all of your options and get input from folks local to you. The snow down here isn't the same as the snow you get up there so my "snow experience" with them, albeit great, won't replicate what you see.

In regards to wheels, I'd say the most common flavor of 17" is 17x9 with 4.5" BS. Works well with almost every 35x12.5 tire.

I agree. As far as tires, I'd suggest Toyo or Nitto. I think they are the highest quality tires available today.
