I've had the same startup issue, and it is sporadic. It's even happened after filling up with gas, jeep off for only 5 minutes or less. It sucks when it happens. Thinking of replacing the starter.

Just happened to me. Started the thing and then it died. I had to rev the engine for it to stay running. Small flashing red light all the way home. Mines a three week old 2013 Rubi manual. Hope this isn't a consistent thing. Already have to replace my muffler.
