Went up to 4WD in Denver to get a bikini top and windshield channel for the JK. I am having an issue with the channel (header). It is the no-drill style and i have bolted the knobs down and tightened as far as they can go but still, it is resting about an inch from the front of the windshield. It looks like there is an inch gap between the fork on the channel and the loop hooks on the windshield. Has anyone had this issue? Possible solution.
