Bumber Chop
I got this idea from a friend of mine, So i went out yesterday and started cutting. It took me about 6 hours to complete. It could be done quicker if you are more familiar with the bumper. 15$ in door trim and christmass trees and your in.
The tools i used
Jig saw, cut the plastic bumper
Drill, For X-Mass Trees
Resipricating Saw, Metal bumper
Heat gun, helped get the trim on and cut plastic bumper
Hook Blade and Heat gun
Before

After

Take the top plastic piece out, 2 plastic screws

Easier if you take the bumper off, there are 12 bolts, nuts

Cut the platic bumper off about 3 1/2" Just past the bolt lugs. Then cut about 4" off the end piece and trim to fit inside the main bumper, Keeping in mind that you dont want to cut past the 2 bolt lugs

Cut about 3 1/2" off the metal bumper, both ends

Thanks, I new this had to be done before and tried to search the forum for any info about it. But nothing came up
My new tires are in the garage and the BB is on my counter. It will look much better with the new wheels and tires, going to put them on in a few minutes, BB on tomorow
