I work for BMW and if you look at a E46 3Series convertible rear seat belts they have a clip looking piece cause when the top is down and the belts are not clipped in the flap like crazy. If someone could take that and mold it for a JK B-pillar with some kind of mounting bracket would be great. The clip on the E46 3Series also allows the belt to move when it is clipped in. I have had pretty good success tucking the side belt behind the seat recline lever...

Just get a cheap seat of Seat belt sholder protectors from Walmart and put them on the lower part of the belt down by the floor.
