This is a easy to do front plate mod. to make it possible to put your license plate onto your fairlead ....

I bought 2 sets of "maglite clips" off of ebay and today I was able to get them screwed onto the plate and installed..



And then its as easy as snapping it onto your fairlead...

Good stuff. Only thing I would change is to make a backing plate with the correct hole spacing instead of drilling directly through the plate.

I saw a fellow make a similar backing plate out of 1" gray electrical conduit.

I used MAG brand brackets, which have 2 mounting holes each, and only used one set. Works great. KISS!
