Electrical locks don't lock with or without the remote

My 09 JK doors will not lock with either the remote
Or the switch inside the door. The alarm sets with the remote
But again the doors don't lock?

Do the windows roll up and down. Maybe the quick disconnect harnesses for the door are not plugged in

I had this happen to me. I had a faulty door handle. I am still under warranty so the Jeep dealer fixed it.
