Default Some help please with front stubby bumper!

I have finally made the decision to modify the bumper to a stubby bumper...I have seen pics and my buddies on the forum have done it too....but I can't find the thread on the write-up!....I just kinda need to know what size rivet is best and steel or aluminum?...also I have dents in the plastic...can those just be knocked out?

Here is the link. Yes you can pop them out from the inside. You might have some light spots tho from stress on the plastic.
