I used an 80 grit sandpaper. It didn't go too deep or leave bad scratch marks. I think it was a good choice. Others may have different opinions but this worked for me.
Yes I did use a heavy duty zip-lock bag. Cut into a 1/4 circle, and cut a small hole in the tip. There's a trick here...WORK FAST!
I basically made a "baker's frosting squeeze bag" and then mixed the epoxy and quickly poured it into the bag with the help of a friend. I worked pretty quickly as the epoxy heats up in the plastic. It allowed me to be more precise in where I put the drops.
HINT: If using this technique, mix small amounts of epoxy at a time and use it quickly.

So this is my way of telling the other drivers there is a code of conduct. LOL

Thanks I almost left them off but decided to be different and have the letters stand out against the black background. I like the results. Thank ya much.

Looks awesome the grill, or I should say the front plastic part does not 'exactly' match the painted metal fenders and hood, so this is a mod I was thinking about doing!
Thanks for the step by step.

By the way...does anyone know how to reply to multiple posts at a time?
