I have been looking to do this mod for some time now, and just couldn't bring myself to paying over 200 bucks for a mesh grill. I will be going to Lowes first thing and doing one of these myself

Yes, back of grill please! Did you use zip ties like all the other flat mesh ones people do?

I have been wanting to do this mod, but do really like the idea of zip ties and sticky ti down blocks being the support system through MN weather in the summer/winter.

Looks sick though!

cool idea... i did the same thing with gutter guard but plastic and not 3-d.
