The mirror is a little small, but it does the trick and is very simple to install.

The rubber boot makes it look “almost” factory installed, but you are right... lost cool points for the EURO SPORT on the box.

Nice, i ran with my doors off for the first time today. I forgot all about the stinking mirror until I was trying to look in the one that wasn't there. Damn DC, why didn't they leave it on the body. This is great and cheap. I'll be going out to get one of these. Thanks, RanMan.

I had that mirror in my hand and put it back. At the time I was looking at mounting it on the hinge. I will probably go this route. Good find!

If you put one on the passenger side, is it visable with the dash?

Yeah, I wanna know that, too. Also-- do they fold in?

I wanted to leave the hinges available for tube doors in the future, so this was the best option I could find. Use the same bolts from the windshield; you just have to drill out the plastic mount a bit for the bolts to fit. I have not tried the passenger side, but I think it will stick out far enough. The driver side was my main concern... but I'll check the passenger side tomorrow.

They do not fold all the way in, but they can be adjusted. (On a ball joint)
