Oil leak from the rear of the upper oil pan

Yes the 2 bolts in that picture but the item in the picture is not what is damaged. It is where those 2 bolts connect to. And it is bent pretty bad. I straightened it as best I could but with it being aluminum it is too easy to mess up worse so I am scared to bend it too much. I used extra sealer around that spot but it eventually started to fail so now I have a leak.

Worst case scenario is drilling new mounting holes in the upper pan and transfer punching these into the transmission then drilling/tapping. It may be difficult to access these bolts though as I see current two have access pockets.
