Default painted rim... help!

so i went to lowes today to get a can of plasti dip, did all the prepping necessary etc for the rim, however they recommened me to use something called Flexible Sealer by Home Armor... which i did, only on the spare tire. Can this still be peeled off the rim like the plasti dip? Im very nervous as it is drying right now on one of my rims in the garage..

Thank you

Yes the sealer just gives the plasti dip a glossy finish and will peel of with the plasti dip itself. I've done my rims multiple times with plasti dip and the stuff still amazes me

If the plasti dip keeps peeling off, why still use it. Isn't there anything better?

just a thought, I used wheel specific spray paint from auto parts store. Made sure I did a good job prep, 4 coats of paint, 3 coats of clear, waiting 1 hr between each coat. Getting close to two yrs now and only small chips from rocks.

Thank ya! yeah yellow labs are the only dog we'll have, love em! The rear bumper is a Smittybilt xrc style made from a different company sold through ebay from e auto grilles. $335 shipped and all, they also have a version that comes with a tire carrier for $50 more. Great/strong rear bumper that costs half the price of a name brand xrc.
