Painted wheels black

So, I've had my jeep for two weeks and I can't leave this thing alone.
1. Remove wheel and tape off around where tire meets wheel.
2. take wads of paper or tape off lug nut holes
3. use steel wool over surface of painted area (some prefer sand paper)
4. clean wheel
5. spary with coat of self etching primer (autozone for about 6 bucks) let dry
6. spray on thick coat of paint ( your choice, some use truck bed liner, I used rustoleum hammered finish.)

Was thinking about getting mine powder coated. You mind letting me know how much it cost you to get them done? Thanks.
