I have a 07 Wrangler Xand this issue is driving me up the wall, it's not a fuze, the wiper sprays fluid but will not move, this is my front wiper FYI. The auto mechanic said there is power going from the cable so it's a blown wiper motor, I ordered a Mopar one and installed it myself but it won't work, I called them and they said reinstalling the motor but removing the batterycables could reset and fix it, I am out of ideas could the wiper motorthat is new be defective? Could it be something else, should I re install the new motor again and remove the engine batterycables ?

Update - so i took it to meineke and paid for diagnostic, he went as far as module and said it could possibly be that, he ran out of time today and cahrged me 100 for what he believed is the module issue on my wrangler, is this something that was recalled?
