Shift Knob Removal
I know there have been threads before about how to remove the shift knob on manual JK's....but I can't find any videos. So I made one. It's short and to the point. Enjoy:

Best how-to on the subject i've seen yet, thanks.
In your opinion, is it possible to get it off without damaging it at all? It seems like no matter what tools people have used they still tend to mar up the trims bits at least a little. |
It's possible...but 99% of the time it's going to leave a mark of some sort. I suggest prying on the back side of the knob first. That way of you mar it and get it off, at least it'll be on the side you can't really see

Thanks! I thought you had to yank on it when it is together. I didn't realize that there are 3 sections to it. I'll be doing this soon!

This is the best thread on this thank you
