I haven't found a walk thru of the shorty bumper kit thats out there so i figured i would give back to the forum that has helped me out so many times. I the instructions just seemed to straight forward but they are! don't sweat the measurements on the driver side i measured 4 times and actually cut a little to close to the bumper mounting bolts and cut a chunk off of the bolt head, the instructions are really clear cut about 3 1/2 inches off on the passenger side it just did not line up right so i cut roughly another inch maybe 3/4 off and everything was fine. i meant to paint the bumper black before the ends went on but i was running out of daylight. hopefully you can follow the pics and put some comparisons up as well.
