Got a piece of 6" diameter pvc pipe a few inches longer than the height of the windows.

Got two end caps...drilled holes to loop "quick links" through

Sew three layers of flannel together to roll windows in. Then slide roll into pipe.

clip "quick links on to the hooks located behind rear seats.

 

Great idea! You should paint it gray and it would almost look factory.

You can aslo glue carpet to it, if you want it to match the Jeep's carpet.

 

I would paint it to look like a big cuban cigar.

You would wish that DC could come up with some good ideas like this! They pay their guys way too much to design crappy, cheap feeling accessories, while people come up with better stuff in their garages! They would charge $500 for the "Solid window tube" though!
