It's kinda like we talking about predictions and what would happen "... if". I like to control my life and read some predictions, which have been made by professional astrologers. Here is an article ( https://www.zodiacsigns-horoscope.co...r-111-meaning/ ) which gave me a lot of food for thought how numerology can make influence on our lives. An author has a lot of great points, I should say.

All was going along swimmingly, until they said my current ride was basically worthless to them with the manual transmission and their trade value proved it.

Going from 0 payments to significant payments just isn't in the cards for me. I can't see basically a trade difference of a brand new S model being attractive.

So, mine is still stock and probably will just stay that way for many more miles!
I decided to upgrade from my 2010 JKUR to a JLUR and so far I've been very happy. My 2010 was in great shape, lower mileage and had tons of extras but the trade in values I got were from $12,500 to $17,000. I put it up on social media and sold it in one week for $21,500, about $8,000 less than I paid for it in 2010! I used that money to put a JLUR in the garage and have a comfortable payment. I ended up buying a certified pre-owned 2018 with 250 miles on it. It had went from one Jeep dealership out east to one in the upper mid-west and they negotiated a pretty good price. I guess my point is if you are still looking for a JL, keep looking, there are some great deals out there and don't be afraid to have one shipped to you for the right price. The JL's are leaps and bounds nicer than the older JK's. I'm not hating on the JK's, I loved mine, it was just time for me to upgrade.

I did the math on my trade. It cost me $600 per year to drive my JK Rubicon for four years, not including one set of tires and oil changes. You all probably noticed that the Rubicon models did not have the huge discounts all the others did early this year.
