Craigslist might be your best option for carpet. If you're patient, just set an alert. They come and go from time to time, and seems usually ~$125 for a full 4dr set from what I've seen (and sold mine for).

One other thought, you might make some calls around to the larger customization shops and inquire if they have any carpet sets. Shops along the lines of Starwood Motors for example. You might find some that have customized to the point of yanking out the factory carpet to kevlar the inside for example. I know it's a shot in the dark, but there's a chance at least.
