Default Any advice before installing exhaust manifold, catalytic converter and long pipe?

All stock items ,Waiting on 02 sensors to arrive then go time, I've been soaking all bolts daily w PB.
-Should I start w manifold and work my way down ?
- any tips with tightening manifold up outside in or inside out tightening pattern?
- it comes with a EM gasket but should I still use some permeated high temp gasket sealer

I'd start with the manifolds but leave them loose until you get the rest in and lightly snugged. I'm having my mid pipe slip around despite numerous different clamps. I think I need to loosen it all, situate it, then do tack welds. I'll say this- make sure the insides of the slip sections are nice and clean, it'll make things easier.

As far as torque on the manifolds, I don't think I did anything in particular but they did/ do require occasional tightening. No to extra gasket, it's just a mess. The gaskets that came with my Dorman manifolds were enough and the manifolds themselves are lifetime warranty.
