Smittybilt Gear Seat Covers

I bought a pair of Smittybilt seat covers when they were on sale. Wife has decided she doesn't like the way they look. Never used, just taken out of the box to install for her and then taken back off. Pair in black for the front seats. $100 shipped.

I am very interested, are these the neoprene or the custom fit with the Molle straps? Of custom fit what year?
