Does anyone know what time the quadratec barbeque is on tues at EJS? I looked everywhere for a time..

It runs mid afternoon until around 7PM or so. We got back from the Elephant Hill trail late last year and got there around 6PM and they had plenty of food still.

I'm aware of the Boys Scouts BBQ on Friday, but I don't see a thing on the RR4W site nor do I see anything in the online-mag about a Quadratec BBQ on Tuesday. Where is this being held at?

It is at the high school field. When you register for trails on the RR site there is a blank for free tickets to the BBQ.

Hummm I don't remember anything free when I registered online. I do remember the Boys Scouts BBQ option, but nothing else.

Yep, there was a small blank on the registration form online for the number of BBQ tickets.
