$1,700 ???

Would $1,700 be a fair price to install a TF 3" LA and new front driveshaft. BTW... that doesn't include alignment.

Sounds WAY over priced, IMO. Plus, there is nothing to align.

greenamphibious 03-11-2009 05:18 PM

that's just labor?:eek2:

NGINIER 03-11-2009 05:18 PM

Too much money... you might even be able to get it for half that... it is cali though...:dontknow2:

That is INSANE. Get the bolt-on TF LA kit and call it a day. A few hours in your driveway.

greenamphibious 03-11-2009 05:20 PM

I would say $1000 is about right

Stuka 03-11-2009 05:29 PM

Thats high for labor. Even with having to install the new mounting points and such. Honestly, I would ask on here and start up a wrench-a-thon and get some of us over there to install it. I would gladly help if you didn't live so far south.

I think a thousand for labor would be more than fair.

Well I am not sure, my dealership quoted me 675 to install a 2.5" coil lift I did it with some friends instead.

If that was a dealer quote I could believe it.

Ummmm none of TeraFlex's Long Arm kits are bolt on. Now the Short Arms you can do in a few hours. Yes you would need a alignment if you replaced the arms.

Thanks Joe... that quote was from a shop you referred me to here in so. cal. I'm still checking around though. Is TF still manufacturing front bumpers?
