1.5 inch BB lift
On new 2012 JKU Rubi planning on 255/80/17 tires on stock rims & a 1.5 BB lift. Don't think with these skinny 33 inch tires I really need to lift at all for tire clearance, but want a little more bottom clearance for rocks & will also be adding armor to the differentials. Question is with that small of lift do I need to add anything other than the spacers & if I don't will I still have as much flex as stock. Noticed with the leveling kits different arms are included. I don't mind the slight rake & with a trailer or more weight it's gone anyway, so prefer not to get the same amount of lift with a leveling kit.

Heres my rig, with the teraflex leveling kit and stock rubicon rims. Nothing added execpt coil spacers and sway bar links. i was disco in this pic so really it was just coil spacer. http://i41.tinypic.com/og04ys.jpg |
Thanks, but I still would like to know if I need anything beside the spacers. I already know it will improve the looks. Am going on the small side with lift & tires due to not wanting increased wear & tear, but that won' t help if I don't do it right.

Bump
Still would like to know if spacers alone are fine with a 1.5 inch BB lift or do i need to add anything else to prevent other problems? 09JayKay said he added only the links that come with the Teraflex leveling kit are these needed seems the leveling kit & what I want are very near equal. |
