Do you or anyone else have information regarding how to make the 2007-2010 wiring harness work with the 2011+ power lock switches? Hoping you were able to figure it out and could provide some insight. Thanks.

Longtime jk forum lurker and advice seeker. Tons of great ideas i have received from members here. Thanks a ton.
Anyway. In process of doing this mod to my 07 jk. In hopes of helping others like 46chevy....
the panel does fit after cutting several tabs off the rear of the panel. Metal cutting and trimming on the door shell itself. ( it will be covered with the panel so it wont be visable.) i used a cut off wheel to do everything. I am half way done with this conversion. Currently waiting on door handles to arrive in the mail. I will add photos soon. I am having trouble with the newer lock switch. It seems to only lock and not unlock the doors. I have the wiring diagrams for my 07 and for a 15. The extra wire on the 15 switch is for the little green light like the window switch. Ok sorry for rant. Its hard to say so much and explain via text.
Ive also converted my full dash to 15 wrangler also. With tons lf planning and getting all the parts together.
My jeep is almost converted interior and exterior to a 17 wrangler jku. I will be making posts on all the upgrades and converisons ive done via help of jk-forum and its members. Talk to you later

Default Almost complete

Got the panels on still but not fully flush. Cant figure out. Its touching somewhere behind the arm rest. Its very small. Wont be noticeable when complete. The guys at the junkyard bent the panels on the Dolr lock side of the panel. Looks like they pulled it hard. You can see the plastc white where it was bent. Im gonna heat gun and try to form it more inwards. Im going to remove one more time and trim more plastic. Clean the rear panel and door shell and use double sided tape 3m and some foam insulation strips. It should look nice. It all fits but get the cutoff wheel ready. Look aweome. Also has to use myold door switch i used a hand file and trimmed my switch to fit the lock bezel you can see in the pics. Not perfect. But i can careless. It works. I couldnt get the newer switch working. Next i gotta order the rear panels. Fairly easy upgrade. Gotta use your head a little but it do able. Good luck to all.

I fixed the outside rim if the panel by leaving it in the sun and bending inwards by hand. I think the armrest is touching either the plastic behind the panel where i shaved some off. I never finished the panel. Gotta get a hot glue gun to finish it up. It works good though. I did the rear lanels. They wrre incredibly essy. Nothing as invasive like the front panel. Rear panel just needs a few tabs cut off the new panel and about 4 clips go right in. Only thing i gotta finish is the rear lock cable it pushes out too long. Ima cut a hole in the plastic door panel cover to get access to the lock and open cable to line them up propely.
