2.5" lift and 35's offroad

First I want to apologize if there is already a thread about this but I searched for forever and couldn't find what I was looking for.

I want to know how a four door X will do on the trails with a 2.5" teraflex lift and 35's with no other major mods (for the time being). Any info and action shots would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have a 4-door and started with a Teraflex 2.5" lift w/35" tires and I was just fine offroading. Added 1" coil spaces afterward once I added my full sized aftermarket bumpers to regain my orgiinal lift.

Here is an action shot of my buddies 4 door with 2.5" skyjacker lift and 35" fierce MTs

Swaybar was connected.

Our 35s rub the rear inner fender with the 2.5" lift. I did nothing with the rear bumpstops, need to get extensions or cut the fenders.

This should keep you busy...

Seriously, it will do fine. You'll get anywhere a stock 2 door will go and even start to get some places they won't with the better tires.

If where you are playing has no issues with breakover angle then the tires will be more of a factor than the lift. (YMMV)
