2.5" Teraflex Coil Lift leaning to the passenger side
The TeraFlex (or any other manufacturers lift) will tend to have a sag towards the passenger side. The main reason for this is because of the gas tank. You could argue that the companies should have taken this into consideration and placed a heavier spring on that side, but what weight do you base it on? Do you get it level when the gas tank is empty, full, or half full? From the factory Jeep has placed a slightly heavier spring on the front drivers side, but even from the factory this happens, so if Jeep can't get it right with their millions of dollars, I doubt a lift company will on their more limited budget.
If it bothers you that much you could always get the JKS ACOS and adjust it so that you Jeep is level all the way around, but this is the only way you will ever see a Jeep 100% level side to side without going to coilovers.

Wouldn't the "heavier" (stiffer?) spring be on the passenger's side? Regardless, the weight of a tank of gas is about 150 pounds (four door), which is roughly the weight of the driver. So, to extend your remarks about how you configure: Is the driver taken into consideration? Where are any passengers seated? I've measured and each 185-pound person lowers that side of the vehicle by about 1/4".
id be willing to bet that adding a driver would level it out somewhat. there is always a driver, whereas a passenger is optional, so it makes more sense to make the suspension cater to a driver's weight.

Doesn't bother me though.
