Default 2011 RIPP Stage 2 GEN2

Recently had my RIPP installed while I was home on R&R and am really pleased with the entire set-up but the only thing that I cannot quite figure out is the bov seems to be dumping early especially on a large hill or climb. Highest altitude I am at is around 3500 ft but do not have the higher altitude pully set up. Could that possibly be the reason it is loosing boost randomly or does the system and tune just need some time to break in and adjust? Oh and I have a 2011 Sahara 6 speed with 4.88 and 35's just to add some more info.

The BOV should only be opening when coming off throttle or steady throttle driving. Our high altitude pulley will make a difference in performance.
