The AEV ProCal Module has worked on my 2011 Sport to correct tire size and TPMS threshold .

Does it adjust gear ratio and shift points to?

I've use my AEV Procal to change tire sizes and other things on my 2012 Rubicon, and yes, it's the same AEV Procal I had used on my 2011 Rubicon. Everything on my 2012 works just fine after changing tires sizes, etc. If it changes tires sizes, I'd guess it would change gears as well since there's no difference really.

So something just dawned on me. If you can't regear with out limp mode due to computers how are you going to swap in a new axle? Wonder what Dynatrac gotta say about that.

Thanks for checking this out. Did you see my FB post about axle swaps since they seem so common now.

Default re gear and new pentastar hp

Doesn't the new pentastar make lot more hp and torque so if you went just to say 35's could you get by without regearing?

I'm sure 35s wouldn't be a problem but when you get into 37s and 40s you might start seeing a issue and from what I heard the Rubicon doesn't come with 4.10s anymore so 35s are probably personal preference.

My '12 has 4.10's.

All of the 6 speed Rubi's have 4.10's.

The automatic Rubi's get 3.73's with 4.10's as an optional upgrade.

You are correct - you get 4.10's in a Rubicon, and yes, you can get them with an automatic also, just like mine.
