Default 33 Toyo MTs on Sahara 18

I know I'm still considered a newbie (post count), but I've been a member for several years, I just don't post much, because most answers are already here. I've done quite a bit of research. I've seen 33s 12.5s on the 18 x 7.5 stock sahara rims. My question is . . . what issues might I have running 12.5s on the 7.5 rim. I've actually seen a pic of this setup in the black wheel thread (powdercoated Stock), it looked nice i thought, but what drawbacks might i have? I actually saw one advantage in another thread, holding the bead better at low pressure offroading.

So my prospect is Toyo OC M/Ts 33 x 12.5 x 18 on 18 sahara's, concerns/comments?

Q: What back spacing will I need on my wheels in order to clear 12.50 wide tires?

I don't think that should be a problem, I know Jeeps running with 35 on stock rubi rims. And as you said this setting allows the bead of the tire to be tighter.

i left details out because my sig, i didn't want to be redundent in the post; I already have 1.5" Spidertrax spacers, rub is not what I'm concerned with; tire safety, integrety, and performance is what I'm concerned with . . . as this tire is recommended on 8.0 rim . . ., thanks for the help nonetheless . . .

and thanks chris also, 35s on rubis 17 is probably a similar stress . . .

This is xfactorJk's jeep, awesome setup btw. He's got the tires on stock 18s, I reckon he's had no probs.

I see you have the 35 hanging from your stock spare carrier too! Nice Jeep man! You really wheel it! I actually like the stock rims pretty well. I'm gonna give it a go!

I have had 12.5's on stock rims for a year now. No problems at all.

It'll work just fine with the 33's.
