35's and flat fenders-NO lift can it be done Pics please

Everyone is saying that it is fine as long as you stay on the road with some minor mods and flat flares. Anyone have input on the bushwacker pocket flares. I'm looking at doing the same thing with 305/70 r17 but I have those flares. I'm assuming they will still be okay with no loft but some reassurance would be nice.
