35's rub at full flex with FT Ultimate
How do I prevent the front tires from rubbing? They start grabbing the front fenders and want to rip them off. The front brake and ABS lines are so tight you can play a tune on them. I just dont want to break anything. Does some one make longer bump stops?

Ya, the State Troopers would love that here. I have to run mud flaps or everyone wthat saw me would stop me.

When you crank your wheels hard right or left you're rubbing the plastic airdamn. Rip it off. :yup: You're running 35s with stock fenders, you're going to rub 'em. No way around it. Your FT suspension allows for that much flex: you can remove the fenders when you go out OR you can cut the fenders OR buy an aftermarket setup.
The brake lines shouldn't be that tight... did you use the relocation brackets??? If so, then you probably want to grab some Rubicon Express or Currie brake lines. :yup: |
Clayton Offroad has the bump stops that bolt to the axle inside the coil spring. I can't remember were else I saw them, but there are other places that sell them to. You could put them in, and if needed trim it to where you want it if it's to tall.

A BL would be a good idea too....in addition to all of the above.
Preserves some of that wheel travel, instead of stopping it with a stop. :D |
If you want to keep all the wheel travel, which I'm sure you do:yup:, a body lift would be a fairly quick and cheap way to go. About $100 and an hour and a half of time.
