I run my 37x12.5x17 Trail Grapplers at 28psi cold, heat up to 30 psi after driving on the pavement. If I'm 27c cold/29 hot I don't care much....as long as they are all the same.

37x12.5 trail grapplers on a 9" wide rim - around 24 psi to get even tread contact.

Is your vehicle pretty light weight.. or a 2 dr? I am running ATX Slabs on 37" Trail Grappler on a fairly lightweight 2dr and im starting to think im gonna have to go down this low. Running 28-30 right now and looking like im not getting even trail pattern. Just ordered some chalk off Amazon, guess we'll find out soon enough. Thanks

37x13.50x20 Toyo Open Country MT with 20" Fuel Wheels. Not for sure the width. I'm running 40psi in all 4, but after reading everybodys PSI it seems like mine might be too high. What is the advantage of running 30psi and under? What is the disadvantage of running at 40psi?

You'll notice a softer ride, especially on rough roads, with a lower pressure. Running a higher pressure like you are, you're tires is likely not making full contact with the pavement across the treat pattern, and will result in uneven wear with the middle of the tire wearing faster than the outter part of the tread. With such a large tire, you really don't need that much pressure. Most will suggest doing the chalk test to see how much of the tread pattern is making contact. There is no definitive right or wrong, just your preference, but the PSI will dictate your tire wear.....while also effecting your fuel economy. It's all a trade off.

37X12.5 ProComp Xtreme MT2 I run 35 PSI on the street. However, my Jeep beeps and tells me that is too low of pressure. I say, go suck and egg.

You should be able to adjust that setting with your programmer. I have mine set to leave me alone unless pressure drops below 22psi.
