He did a tape measure alignment, 1/16" toe in. We've used this process 2 times before and paid for an alignment at a shop and both times the alignment was good enough that the tech said they didn't touch it. He is going to take it to get verified next week when he's back home, but I don't expect it to be out. Our last one was verified at 0.1° each, or 0.2° total toe with 4.5° caster using the caster corrected housings.

How old/new are the TF brackets? Waaaayy back when, I seem to recall that this was fairly common. Until the bracket redesign, anyway.

His back spacing is fine. The solution is a stubby bumper and some jks quick discos. I run the same backspacing as him and have no problems running 37x12.50 trail grapplers and 37x12.50 mtrs before that. I don't even rub the frame anymore now that my axle is perfectly centered. Is he rubbing the frame on only one side? If so he needs to center the axle

He's centered in the body right now, but we already have discussed that the axle should be centered in the frame instead. He will get this taken care of this coming weekend I'm sure.

6 months old at the oldest, and straight from Teraflex as they were won at a Jeep event as a raffle certificate.

That's weird. I am running 37x12.5 with 3.25 BS AND have the front axle pushed forward an inch and I still dont hit my TF parking brackets.
