The reason I won't go into business (sign a marriage contract) with them,, it's a losing proposition,, TO be hooked to a psychological/emotional/controlling freak that can finacially destroy you on a whim just cause she's having "one of those moments". I wouldn't give you $.02 for any of these self-serving b****es today, I've seen, heard, and experienced tooo much to call it any other way. Now be a man and keep hold of your nuts and control your own destiny. 
I agree TOTALLY. Just trying to give the man some advice. We have all been burned and I can tell you, my current fiance' will tell you, I've made it crystal clear that somethings will never go the same way again. As you said take control of your own destiny. For the OP on the thread, just giving some simple food for thought to not make a potential deep hole....DEEPER!

$40k in Gold or Silver right now would be a wise investment. At least drop $10k on some metals.
Then, you might be better served with a MUCH cheaper RIPP Superhcarger, new axels (I'd get Pro Rock 44s instead of 60s possibly), complete long arm lift kit and new tires/rims.

Jeep build: I'd make sure to have 2 d44's( if not a rubi). Do a 6" long arm, coast driveshafts, 5:13 gears, narrow fender flares, 40's and rims , nice front and rear bumper, PS rocker knockers, superchips, volant CAI, take a 2 week vacation at moab, and save the rest of ur money for jeep repairs and fuel. :crazyeyes

Metals are a great investment! But after January 1st, the government gets like 30% of whatever profit you make off it. It was SNUCK in with the 100,000 page health care bill that passed.
