Default 4DR Higher Rated Springs and Teraflex Leveling Kit On 2DR?

I've purchased heavier duty unlimited rubicon take-off shocks and springs with less than 50 miles on them. I'm planning on throwing them on my jeep for a bit of lift and improved handling. The part numbers for the rear springs end in 60 and the fronts end in 18. My current springs on my 2012 JK 2dr are 55s and 14s.

I am also planning on adding a Teraflex Leveling kit. This leveling kit adds 2" to the front and 1" to the rear. The kit comes with front sway bar links.

My questions...approximately how much lift is this going to give me and will there be any driveline issues? Anything else I should look for or be aware of? Any other suggestions?

I went a very similar route that you're looking for and I didn't encounter any driveline issues. The thing to remember with factory coils is that they will inevitably sag and that will help avoid issues.

Any estimates on how much lift the springs will give me?

If it's around an inch from the springs in front and back - I'll be in the three inches range range in the front and maybe two inches in the back with the leveling kit. In that range are there any possible driveline issues with a 2012 Auto 2DR?

If so, how can I compensate for that or are there any other suggestions?

No idea, it's been a while since I had it. Mine was the 2.5" with 17/58's but it's essentially what you're looking at. The pic below was the 2.5" spacers plus rubi stuff up front but not in the rear and you can tell the back doesn't look as high. I came from 12/55's.
