4lo noise
Anyone else had this issue or is this 'normal'? Never ran 4lo before lift and re-gear. Runs smooth no noises in 2 or 4hi. Makes a clicking/clunking noise in 4lo with or without lockers on. Seems to be upon acceleration or letting off the peddle and not while in consistent motion. I would suspect a failing driveshaft would be constant noise??? The Jeep only has 10000km. I'm wondering if it just the movement of the driveshift taking the slack of the backlash. Same as what you feel when turning the driveshaft back and forth by hand. Any other ideas?

4lo causes the effects of normal backlash in the drive train to be greatly exaggerated when you push and release the gas pedal.
What does this sentence mean: " Makes a clicking/clunking noise in 4lo with or without on."

Sorry it was with or without locker on.

It's pretty normal. I run an automatic Rubi and in 4 low she clanks around from time to time. You learn how to minimize it while driving but every time I take her out of park it happens. You will learn to be smoother on the skinny peddle.
Lots of clunking in 4 low. Larger tires store up more energy in the drivetrain, so not surprised if it got louder. Regardless, it's normal. It is a chain driven case, which doesn't help.
