Default Acoustic Sound Deadener Insulation Panels, Anyone have them?

Has anyone purchased and installed the new Rugged Ridge Hardtop Acoustic Sound Deadener Insulation Panels for the 4-Door?

Any comments would be welcome. Am considering them for my '08 X Unlimited.

My main interest in these is to insulate and cut the heat from the Arizona sun from baking the top of my head.

if you're worried about noise, you shouldn't have bought a jeep. Whats next, how to fix wind noise with the soft top

Check out hot head headliners. I installed mine a few weeks ago, they look factory and do a great job of reducing the heat inside. They also have an acoustic effect on the Jeep, my stereo sounds better with more bass response.

One of the better mods I've done.

You're right, no one should ever try to improve something on their own Jeep.
