I did read it, and it sure didn't sound like you had actually checked anything. It sounds like you are just assuming. So you don't know what the cause of the bad handling is, and you are just wanting to throw money at it hoping you get it right. Right? What is the purpose of adding control arms? If the caster is already handled by the brackets, what are you hoping for from the arms? Maybe it's just me, but I think the better course would be to actually find the problem and fix it, rather than just slapping on new parts and hoping. But it's your money...
At this point I am assuming to a point, based off my 2013 Ball Joints going bad after 5k miles. Of course I will have the shop check all of the other components. I want to do the tie rod at the same time to get rid of those weak end links. My wheel and tire set us is beyond heavy. The reason for the arms is to see if I can get it to drive straighter with the arms allowing for more adjustment. This is on top off changing out the other two items. I really want to beef up the front end. Ram assist is on the lst as well so I can actually take it out on the rocks again (Learned that lesson on my last outing). Now I just need a 2nd job to pay for it all!

I can't remember - you running hydro assist?

My steering dances around over bumps. I'm running 37’s and beadlocks which probably weigh 25lbs less in each corner than your set up.

I just replaced bj's, tie rod, draglink, and track bar bracket about 1000 miles ago. Still does it...

Not Yet, I need it badly though. I am HOPING that when I do the Hydro assist, it will help. Believe it or not, on my 13 with the same wheel/tire set up, I added the Fox ATS and it DID help quite a bit. People like to say that steering stabilizers don't work, it did for me. It really helped the side to side bump steer. I am hoping the Hydro assist helps even more.

I don't recall anyone saying that steering stabilizers don't work. What they have said, again and again, is that if you have a steering issue --> it is better to FIND and then FIX the issue rather than slap on a heavy duty stabilizer to MASK the issue. Kinda like this thread. Instead of finding and then fixing the issue, let's just throw random parts at it and maybe it will go away.

really the easiest fix is what you plan on doing ie the ball joints if they are indeed bad but I doubt they are at 6000 miles unless you are hammering off road. its the tires. See if you can borrow some 35-12.5-17 tires/wheels and see how it feels. 15.5" tires are going to be all over the road following the grooves etc. The good thing is your AEV 4.5" should be easy to unload when you upgrade.

Same reason i removed my brackets.

If alignment is even slightly off and/or The tires are rotated more frequently. Uneven wear will cause the same issues.

Do you have ADD or are you just being an Dick? Im betting on number two! I CLEARLY said that I would have my shop check out everything, therefore Im not just "Throwing" parts at it. I also CLEARLY said that based on my last rig, the ball joints were TOAST at 5k miles, so I know these are as well. Since you have nothing positive to contribute, stay off my thread!

The tires definitely aren't helping with the width, but I have run these tires on my other 2 past rigs so I know how they drive. I know parts are wearing out since when driving this way since new, it drove much better. Besides the Ball Joint and Tie Rod ends, is there anything else that can wear out on the front end that fast?

not sure how you are reading his posts but must be different then how I am reading them. I guess one can interpret how they want but seems like solid advise. ball joints don't typically wear out that fast so just because you had one set that did on another jeep does not mean this set on this jeep will. It appears as you have your work done by someone else which always makes me somewhat skeptical. Maybe the see you as an easy target..if you are not abusing it off road you should not be having issues this early with wear parts on the street.
I wont ruin your threads by posting again but still would try to borrow some smaller tires to give a try.
