adding more lift to the front after leveling kit?

Hey guys, I've got stock suspension on my rubicon and stock tires on classic mt black wheels with 4.5 backspacing. I've also got a shrockworks front bumper with a warn 9.5ti that weighs it down about 2".
HERE'S my question: If I throw on some 33s and a TF leveling kit will it still sag in the front? What measures should I take to get everything leveled out and also clear 33s?

You can get the 2.5 lift springs by themselves if it isn't enough.
We were looking into a leveling kit, but bought the 2.5 with shock adapters instead. With only 1" in the back, not sure if it would give enough clearance. We also plan on buying bumpers and sliders next year and didn't want to buy another lift.
The front flares are also about an inch higher off of the tire.
