Default Adjustable trac bar

I picked up a rubicon express adjustable rear trac bar. My axle needs to go 3/4" to the passenger side. Problem is that at the shortest adjustment the axle still needs to go a 1/2". I really don't want to go through the hassle of removing and sending back / exchanging. Am I alright leaving as is, or should I order another bar? At least I have the added strength of a chromoly trac bar now.

Jeep has 4" lift, sleeves, gussets, control arm skids, adj front trac bar, and 35's

Do you have a raised track bar bracket? If not that might be an option. I have the Synergy track bar with the Artec raised track bar and seems to line up.

What Canvas said. Typically you have a raised rear track bar bracket (at the axle) first.

Sorry for delayed response, been crazy at work. Yes, it does have a raised trac bar mount already.

My adjustable track bar was far too long on my 2.5" lift (barely 2 in the rear) so the rear bracket ended up coming out. I just run straight to the axle. A 4" lift is another issue. A good bracket like the Teraflex one has a couple of spots to mount the track bar to, is yours just a fixed length?

No, mine is adjustable. It's for a 4" lift but at the shortest length, it's still too long. My axle needs to move to passenger side , which is weird because with that amount of lift you'd think it would need to shift to drivers side?

Are you bottoming out on the Track bar adjustment? Sometimes the threads are too long, there have been guys that have cut some of the threads off. I don't know how the RE track bar works.

Not bottomed out, but maxed out. Threads aren't stopping it, just no adjustment left

It sounds as though you need a shorter tracbar that is designed for a shorter lift. If you purchased the tracbar new; you can either try to return it for a shorter tracbar or trade with someone that needs a longer tracbar designed for more lift.
