Default Adjustble Control Arms?

I have a 3" BDS lift with adjustable track bars and adjustable control arms. This morning I noticed that the large nuts in the center of the control arms are loose. I was able to twisted it by hand. My question is how tight do they need to be and do I tighten them against the larger side of the control arm?

Thanks,
Dave

Just a small amount of torque should do it... 30-50 ft lbs
