Default After Cat Muffler, Recommendations ?

I just got my JK and love it. However, there is NO sound and I was reading that the OEM mufflers are very restricted.
What after cat exhaust system would you guys recommend, kind of like the dual pipe.
Like the Kryptonite, but have no experience with it. Like to get more sound (no noise) and maybe less restrictions and better milage.

Thanks !

super cheap way...buy you a free flow exhaust cut it in under the seats... then run over the axles..with the stock pipe. Buy you a y pipe and have any muffler shop press bend you two pipes to go out the back. Should be VERY cheap to do. Get you some autozone tips and your done. Under $200

I just installed the Banks Stainless steel cat back system and I think it is great, a little on the pricey side but sounds great. When the old stock muffler was off it looked like it had been on for years, a lot of rust and a lot of rust stains on my floor. I would recommend it.

Thank you all for the inputs.

Fredk, which "Banks" system did you ordered ? Did the sound improved without getting noisy ? Did you also installed a cool air intake ?
Thanks !

axop I bought the Banks stainless steel cat back monster exhaust from Quadratec. I got it in a few days, like I say it is a little pricey around $360.00. I had it installed by a local muffler shop for $75.00 and it went in with out a hitch. Quality parts. The reason I replaced the muffler was because of the rust, I had a lot of rust spots on the floor of my garage and was tired of seeing those spots all over the floor. I was thinking of doing the air intake but may hold off for a bit. hope that helps.

I got a simple FlowMaster exhaust from a local small shop installed for $135. Changed the sound...louder, deeper, but not obnoxious. A few weeks ago I installed some Gibson headers and besides adding a little power and contributing to better gas mileage, it gave it a deeper tone without really getting louder. I'm very pleased, especially after spending a 4 hour drive each way with my Safari top on with doors and the radio down low to chit-chat the whole trip this weekend. Never felt like I was talking over the exhaust except maybe at stop/go situations.
