Air Guage - Needed or not? (Purchasing an sPOD)
If you have an on board air system but no air lockers, or near future plans for air lockers, is the air gauge at the sPOD really needed? What is the real need for an air gauge anyways, if you are just using the OBA system to air up misc. things while camping and/or tires?
I want to get an sPOD and my future plans would involve an OBA system for general use. Just trying to decide if I need to get the standard sPOD or the one with the space for the air gauge.

Maybe if you are running an air tank in your system? I have an ARB compressor I use for filling up but have never bothered with a gauge for it. I did however opt for the Aeroforce gauge option on the sPod.
Faced with a very similar choice earlier I opted for the gauge for a couple of reasons 1. It's really reasonably priced, 2. I would do the R&R on the plastic stuff only once. 3. It tells you if you have a leak, 4. Positioning and visability is great
